Recently EEE Dept. has arranged a seminar on Lightning Protection System (LPS): Importance, Options, Earthing for LPS. The seminar was held to make the students aware of Lightning and to learn about the protection systems to prevent or lessen Lightning strike damage to buildings. This seminar will help the future electrical engineers to protect the internal electrical components of a building, helping to prevent fires or electrocution.
